30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after the date of purchase. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any item that is opened, damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within the 30-day return window, please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.
Return Shipping:
For non-quality related return claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process either a refund or an exchange, based on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund Process:
If your refund are approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return.
Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
All shipping damages or missing items must be reported within 7 business days upon the receipt of the product. X DIGI is not responsible for shipping damages reported after such period.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, we will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.
Process:
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- The visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (Not using the product safely according to the instructions in the user manual)
Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by Buyer in The Following Situations:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
- Buyer’s accidental returns
- Returning personal items
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by our quality control to be in working condition
- Returning defective items in international shipping
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
